Q: Is food provided?
A: Friday workshop tickets include a lunch. The Friday evening reception will have complimentary hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. There will be complimentary coffee and light breakfast items on Saturday and Sunday mornings, with coffee service extending throughout the day.
Q: Will there be recordings available?
A: There won't be recordings of the presentations, so take notes and join the speaker email lists! Some speakers have additional session materials available for download on the Schedule page.
Q: How do I attend a workshop on Friday 11/2?
A: Our full pre-conference workshop schedule for Friday, 11/2, is now confirmed. You can purchase add-on tickets for all of the Friday workshops here until they are sold out. Workshop space is limited and will be filled on a first come first served basis. You can purchase these add-on workshop tickets even if you've already registered for the rest of the conference.
Q: I cannot attend on Friday, can I check-in on Saturday?
A: Yes! Find the info booth in the exhibitor hall.
Q: Is there a mobile-friendly schedule available?
A: Yes! You can download our mobile app. Download "Grenadine Event Guide" in Google Play or the App Store and use IAC2018 as your event code. You can have view-only access to the schedule, or choose to log in with your registration information to save items to your personal schedule.
Q: How can I build my schedule?
A: Go to the “Schedule” page either on the event website or in the event mobile app.
The “Schedule” page shows the list of items that make up the schedule. You can build a list of favorites items to build your own schedule. Every schedule item is on a tile with a title, location, and time. In the upper right corner of this tile, you should see a “+” icon.
To add an item to your schedule, just click on the “+” button.
If you don’t see the “+” button it means the item is already on your schedule or that the item is already full. If there is a ticket icon for this item, you will need to purchase a ticket to attend this event. Click on the “+” button and you will be directed to the cart for payment.
Q: How can I create an account and log in?
A: You can log in or create an account here.
To create an account, just click on your favorite login provider (ex: Facebook, Google, etc.) and follow the steps. You will be asked to enter or confirm your first and last name to allow Grenadine to find you if you already exist in the organizer database.
In case you do not want to use a login provider, you can still create a login using an email address and password. To do so, click on the link “Need an account? Create one” below the list of login providers.
Q: Are there networking opportunities?
A: Yes! You will have the opportunity to mingle with other authors and experts in writing, publishing, marketing, design, and more at the IAC Reception on Friday evening.
Q: How can I be a speaker?

Q: What's the ticket refund/cancellation policy?
A: Refunds can be processed in full for 30 days after purchase, after which a 20% fee will be charged. No refunds will be processed after October 5th, 2018.
